Christina Groth is a Registered Psychologist in British Columbia and Alberta, an EMDR Certified Therapist, and a Certified Professional Art Therapist. She provides psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults ages 5 and up.
Christina works collaboratively with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other mental health challenges. Her therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, practical, and trauma-informed. Jasleen draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, and somatic-based interventions. She tailors therapy to each person’s unique needs and goals, helping clients make sense of their experiences, develop effective coping strategies, strengthen emotional regulation, and reconnect with their strengths, values, and sense of direction. Fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu, Jasleen brings a culturally responsive perspective to her work.
